Risk Assessment

At Project Integration, our NFPA 70E and IEEE knowledgeable professionals begin with an on-site risk assessment of your electrical system. We take the time to really understand your facility, focusing on both equipment and processes. Project Integration takes a comprehensive approach to each facility by adhering to IEEE 1584.1 – Guide for performing and Arc Flash Hazard Analysis. This approach includes system data gathering, software modeling, analysis,  updated drawings, short circuit study, and coordination review. We provide final reporting complete with updated arc flash data, equipment evaluation, NEC violations, device coordination and mitigation recommendations.

Our arc flash services include the following:

  • Arc flash hazard analysis per IEEE-1584.1 standards
  • Electrical power assessments and studies
  • Protective device coordination studies
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) recommendations
  • Short circuit analysis and load flow studies
  • Technical Oversight of  electrical equipment commissioning and system startup
  • Technical oversight of required distribution system modifications to reduce arc flash hazards
  • Labeling of all electrical equipment and panels to comply with NEC, NFPA-70E & OSHA
  • Expertise in SKM Power Tools
